Welcome to Hone Athletic. By accessing or using our website honeathletic.com (the "Site") or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our Site.

By using our Site or placing an order, you confirm that:

3. PRODUCTS & ACCURACY

We do our best to describe our products accurately, including their materials, dimensions, and intended use. However, slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or supplier variations.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without notice.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders where pricing has been misrepresented, even after payment has been processed (in which case a full refund will be issued).

Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store credit card information on our servers.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Product unavailability or stock errors
- Pricing or description errors
- Shipping to unavailable destinations

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.

7. INTENDED USE & DISCLAIMER

Hone Athletic products are fitness and athletic accessories intended for general training use by healthy adults. Always inspect your gear before use, follow proper exercise technique, and stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.

You acknowledge that physical training involves inherent risks. Hone Athletic is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use, misuse, pre-existing medical conditions, or training without proper qualification.

If you have any health concern, consult a qualified medical professional before using our products.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product photography, and branding (collectively the "Content"), is the property of Hone Athletic or used under license. The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The name "Hone Athletic" and associated logos and slogans are trademarks of our business.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hone Athletic, its operators and partners, from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For consumers based in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Canada, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising from the use of this Site or our products will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting contact@honeathletic.com. If unresolved, the competent courts of the place of registration of Hone Athletic (France) will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law.
